Serves 4 generously
4 smoked mackerel fillets
300g cream cheese, light or full fat
2 tbsp natural yogurt
Juice 1 lemon
1 tsp horseradish sauce
1. Remove the skin from the fish and place the fillets and all the other ingredients in a food processor.
2. Place the mixture in either a serving dish or separate smaller dishes.
3. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
4. This will keep for 3 days covered, in the fridge.
