Prawns and mussels – fantastic dish, actually my favourite!

Brilliant pasta sauce that tastes of the sea and is so easy to make!

Ingredients
  1. 2 crushed and chopped garlic cloves
  2. 125 ml white wine
  3. 300 g Creme frache
  4. 2 Tbs full fat soft cheese
  5. 1 tsp chopped parsley
  6. salt and pepper to taste
  7. 150 g prawns
  8. 150 g mussels
Instructions
  1. fry the garlic lightly in a little oil.
  2. Add the wine and creme frache.
  3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and bring gently to the boil.
  4. Simmer for a few minutes
  5. Serve with favourite pasta
