Prawns and mussels – fantastic dish, actually my favourite!
- 2 crushed and chopped garlic cloves
- 125 ml white wine
- 300 g Creme frache
- 2 Tbs full fat soft cheese
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 150 g prawns
- 150 g mussels
- fry the garlic lightly in a little oil.
- Add the wine and creme frache.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients and bring gently to the boil.
- Simmer for a few minutes
- Serve with favourite pasta
