Making pasta

Making pasta at home is something to be proud of.

For 2 people
330g plain white flour
½ tsp salt
1 egg per 110g flour
So 3 eggs
Make a well in the centre and add the eggs, mix with the fingertips.
Make a ball
Add a little cornmeal on the worktop and roll out thinly.
Each square should be 8 – 10 cm
