Ingredients
  1. 400 ml Cream or milk or condensed milk
  2. 3 fresh medium eggs
  3. 2 Tbs sugar
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. Nutmeg grating
Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs gently into the milk and add the sugar and vanilla extract.
  2. Pour into ramekins
  3. Set oven to 160 C fan or 170 C conventional
  4. Grate a little nutmeg on the surface
  5. Place ramekins in a bain marie and bake for 40 - 50 minutes
